Chaodun Machinery (Chaodun Machinery Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd.), formerly known as Zigao Pump & Valve, was founded in 1992 and is headquartered at No. 518 Shuangdian Road, Huinan Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. As a comprehensive manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales, and technical services, Chaodun specializes in high-performance industrial pumps, water-supply systems, and electrical control solutions.
The company’s production base covers 20,000 m², including 14,000 m² of modern workshop facilities, and employs more than 120 staff, with 20 professional engineers. Through over three decades of steady development, Chaodun has grown into a trusted supplier serving industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power generation, construction, municipal engineering, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, heating systems, and water treatment.
Many of our products have been selected for major national projects, including the South-to-North Water Diversion and West-to-East Gas Transmission, earning strong recognition from the industry.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Chaodun operates a national Class-B pump testing platform and is equipped with CAD/CAM design systems, precision machining centers, and automated production lines. All products are manufactured following ISO9001 quality standards, with strict control from raw material inspection to final performance testing.
Our R&D team focuses on hydraulic optimization, sealing technology, material enhancement, and energy-efficient design. Through continuous engineering improvements, simulation analysis, and structured testing procedures, we ensure stable performance, high efficiency, and long service life across all product series.
