Product Overview
The CDL/CDLF series vertical multistage centrifugal pump is designed for clean water and similar liquids with low viscosity and non-flammable properties. It features a compact structure, low noise, and excellent energy efficiency. The pump adopts a modular design with stainless steel impellers, diffusers, and outer casings to resist corrosion and ensure long life. It is widely used for high-rise building water supply, industrial circulation, cooling systems, boiler feed, and pressure boosting applications.
CDL/CDLF Series Type Designation

Product Features
1. Vertical multistage structure, small footprint, and convenient installation.
2. All wetted parts made of stainless steel (CDLF type) for corrosion resistance and hygiene.
3. The motor and pump shaft are directly connected, ensuring low vibration and stable operation.
4. High-efficiency hydraulic components provide excellent energy savings.
5. Mechanical seal ensures reliable sealing and easy maintenance.
6. Capable of conveying slightly corrosive liquids, pure water, or low-viscosity fluids.
7. Optional frequency conversion control for automatic constant pressure operation.
Operating Conditions
– Liquid temperature: -15°C to +120°C.
– Ambient temperature: ≤ 40°C.
– Maximum working pressure: 25 bar (depending on pump model).
– Standard power supply: 380V ±10%, 50Hz, 3-phase.
– For liquids containing small amounts of particles or light corrosive media, CDLF (stainless steel) version is recommended.
– Installation height should allow sufficient NPSH to avoid cavitation.
Structure Description
(Product image)
The CDL/CDLF pump consists of a motor, pump head, shaft coupling, impellers, diffusers, and an outer casing. The mechanical seal is installed at the pump head, ensuring leak-free operation. The suction and discharge ports are located on the same horizontal plane, simplifying pipeline installation. The pump base and top cover are cast iron, while wetted parts in CDLF are stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance and hygiene.
Performance Parameters
(Performance tables and characteristic curves)
The CDL/CDLF series includes models CDL2–CDL150, covering flow rates from 2 m³/h to 180 m³/h and heads up to 305 m. Power range: 0.37–110 kW. Maximum working pressure: 25 bar. All models are available in standard (cast iron) and stainless-steel configurations.
Applications
1. Water supply and pressure boosting for high-rise buildings.
2. Circulating water systems for air conditioning and cooling.
3. Industrial process water and washing systems.
4. Boiler feed and condensate water transfer.
5. Food and beverage industries requiring sanitary water supply.
6. Irrigation and municipal water distribution systems.
Installation & Operation
1. Install the pump vertically on a firm foundation, ensuring precise alignment.
2. Inlet and outlet pipes must be independently supported to avoid stress on the pump body.
3. Before starting, ensure that the pump is filled with liquid and the inlet valve is open.
4. Start the pump with the outlet valve closed, then slowly open it after stable operation.
5. Monitor vibration and noise levels; stop immediately if abnormal conditions occur.
6. For variable frequency operation, avoid long-term running at frequencies below 30 Hz.
Maintenance
1. Regularly check bearings and seals for wear.
2. Replace the mechanical seal when leakage or reduced performance is observed.
3. Keep the pump clean; prevent debris from entering the inlet.
4. For long-term shutdown, drain the pump and store it in a dry place.
5. Before restarting, ensure impeller and shaft move freely without obstruction.
6. Bearings are greased for life; normally no refilling is required.
Technical Advantages
1. Adopts world-class hydraulic design for high efficiency and low energy consumption.
2. Noise and vibration levels comply with international standards.
3. Full stainless-steel configuration available for hygienic applications.
4. Suitable for continuous operation under high-pressure systems.
5. Optional temperature-resistant models available for up to 120°C.
OEM & Custom Solutions
We provide OEM/ODM customization for international clients, including stainless steel variants, special voltages (220V/415V/460V), explosion-proof motors, extended shafts, and flange options (DIN/ANSI/JIS). Custom branding, labeling, and packaging are available. Each pump undergoes hydraulic and electrical testing according to ISO9001 and CE export standards.
