CQB-L vertical magnetic pipeline pump is a new type of inline pump developed on the basis of many years of design and manufacturing experience with horizontal magnetic pumps. It combines the characteristics of the ISG inline centrifugal pump with the advantages of a magnetic chemical pump. The installation dimensions are the same as those of the ISG inline centrifugal pump, making it a new generation of leak-free inline centrifugal pump.
Product Features
1. Leak-free operation, suitable for transferring flammable, explosive, highly toxic and corrosive media;
2. Premium materials: the pump casing, impeller, containment shell and other wetted parts are made of high-quality stainless steel;
3. The shaft sleeve is made of highly wear-resistant silicon carbide and tungsten carbide; the sliding bearings are made of carbon M106K, with a lubrication groove to effectively ensure long service life;
4. Vertical installation, compact structure and small footprint;
5. Low vibration, low noise and exceptionally smooth operation;
6. Most parts are interchangeable with CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pumps, and the performance is the same as the CQB magnetic pump series: Q = 3.2–100 m³/h; H = 20–80 m; N = 0.75–75 kW.
Applications
CQB-L vertical magnetic pipeline pumps can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film and photographic processing, research institutes, national defense industry and other fields for transferring acids, alkalis, oils, rare and precious liquids, toxic and volatile media, as well as for use with circulating water systems and filter units. They are especially ideal for handling liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable or explosive.
