Product Overview
The G series vertical canned pipeline clean water pump adopts a unique fully enclosed, seal-free design. The stator and rotor are shielded with stainless steel sleeves, allowing the pumped liquid to circulate inside the motor for cooling. This design eliminates the leakage and environmental pollution problems caused by traditional mechanical seals, ensuring reliable operation and easy maintenance. The rotating components are supported by graphite bearings and lubricated by the conveyed medium, resulting in low noise and long service life. It is a green, eco-friendly, maintenance-free upgrade widely trusted by users.

Installation Instructions
1. Check all fasteners and internal components for looseness or blockage before installation.
2. The pipeline must be independently supported to prevent deformation of the pump body.
3. Install a filter (3–4 times larger than the suction diameter) before the pump inlet to prevent debris entry.
4. For hot water applications, avoid fixing the pump feet rigidly to allow for thermal expansion movement.
5. Install gate valves and pressure gauges on both inlet and outlet pipelines for safe operation within rated range.
6. Ensure correct motor wiring and rotation direction before initial startup.
7. For long pipelines, install an exhaust valve at high points to eliminate trapped air.
Troubleshooting
Problem: Pump not discharging water
Cause: Valve closed, suction blockage, reverse rotation, or air inside the chamber.
Solution: Open valves, clean pipeline, correct motor rotation, vent trapped air.
Problem: Insufficient flow
Cause: Impeller blockage, valve not fully open, or voltage too low.
Solution: Clean impeller, adjust valve opening, stabilize voltage.
Problem: Overload or high power consumption
Cause: Flow exceeding rated value, impeller rubbing, or high liquid density.
Solution: Adjust valve, check clearances, ensure proper fluid selection.
Problem: Noise and vibration
Cause: Unstable pipeline or gas mixture in medium.
Solution: Secure pipeline, vent air, reduce suction vacuum.
Problem: Motor overheating
Cause: Overload, insufficient voltage, or blocked cooling circuit.
Solution: Adjust flow, stabilize power supply, clean cooling pipes.
