Product Introduction
IHG vertical stainless steel pipeline chemical pump is a high-efficiency, energy-saving product designed and manufactured based on the performance parameters of IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps and pipeline pumps, with reference to ISO2858 and the national pipeline pump standard JB/T53058-93. The pump adopts an optimized hydraulic model design. According to different operating temperatures and media, a series of hot water pumps, high-temperature pumps, chemical pumps and oil pumps have been derived from the ISG type. It is a standardized product currently promoted nationwide.
Product Features
1. The pump has a vertical structure, with inlet and outlet of the same diameter and on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline just like a valve. With a compact and attractive appearance, it occupies a small floor area and requires low construction investment. When fitted with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, resulting in a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are properly configured, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring stable running with very low vibration and noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal or a mechanical seal combination, using imported titanium alloy seal rings, medium-duty high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and wear-resistant hard alloy materials, which effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The pump is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline system; the entire rotor assembly can be withdrawn simply by removing the nuts on the pump coupling seat.
5. According to application requirements for flow rate and head, pumps can be used in series or parallel operation.
6. According to pipeline layout requirements, the pump can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
Applications
1. IHG vertical stainless steel pipeline chemical pumps are used to deliver clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. They are suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, high-rise building booster water supply, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, and equipment supporting systems. Operating temperature T: ≤ 80℃.
2. IRG (GRG) hot water (high-temperature) circulation pumps are widely used for high-temperature boiler hot water pressurization and circulation in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper-making, as well as in hotel and public-building heating systems. Operating temperature: IRG T ≤ 120℃, GRG T ≤ 240℃.
3. IHG vertical stainless steel chemical pumps are used to deliver liquids that are free of solid particles, corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper-making, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature T: -20℃–120℃.
4. YG pipeline oil pumps are used to deliver petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel and kerosene. Operating temperature T: -20℃–120℃.
Operating Conditions
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, i.e. suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa. The hydrostatic test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6 MPa, this should be specified separately when ordering so that cast steel can be used for the pump wetted parts and connecting components during manufacture.
2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and particle size < 0.2 mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that a wear-resistant mechanical seal can be used.
