The IHG Vertical Stainless Steel In-Line Chemical Pump is a high-efficiency centrifugal pump developed from the IS single-stage end-suction centrifugal pump and an in-line pipeline pump platform. The design and manufacture comply with ISO 2858 and JB/T 53058-93.
Featuring optimized hydraulics and a compact structure, the IHG series is suitable for clean water and a wide range of chemical liquids, and is commonly used as a standardized in-line pump solution in industrial and municipal piping systems.

Technical Service

The compact structure provides a clear maintenance path: the pipeline does not need to be dismantled. By loosening the coupling-seat fasteners, the entire rotor assembly can be withdrawn for inspection or service—reducing maintenance time and labor.
If the medium contains fine particles, this must be specified at the ordering stage so that an abrasion-resistant mechanical seal can be selected, ensuring long-term reliability and controlled life-cycle cost.

  • Maximum system working pressure: ≤ 1.6 MPa (inlet pressure + pump differential pressure)

  • Hydrostatic test pressure: 2.5 MPa

  • Relative humidity: ≤ 95%

  • Solid particle volume fraction: ≤ 0.1%; particle size: 0.2 mm
