Product Overview

ISGB Detachable Pipeline Centrifugal Pump is a detachable, horizontal centrifugal pump designed for pipeline systems with quick access for mechanical maintenance.

It solves the maintenance challenges of traditional pumps by allowing pump casing and rotor assembly removal without disturbing the pipeline connections.

It is applied in water treatment, HVAC systems, industrial liquid transfer, and municipal water distribution systems.

Installation Guide

  • Pipeline Support: The weight of the pipeline should not be borne by the pump. Each pipeline should have its own support system to prevent pump deformation, which may affect performance and shorten its service life.
  • Maintenance and Safety: To facilitate maintenance and ensure safe operation, install a regulating valve on both the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump. Additionally, a pressure gauge should be placed near the pump outlet to monitor operating conditions. This ensures the pump runs within its rated head and flow range, thereby extending its service life.
  • Suction Conditions: When the pump operates under suction conditions, a foot valve must be installed. The inlet pipeline should be designed with as few bends as possible, and there must be no water or air leakage.
  • Pre-Operation Check: After installation, manually rotate the pump shaft. The impeller should rotate smoothly without friction or obstruction. If any resistance is detected, disassemble the pump to identify and resolve the cause.
