Product Introduction
WL/LW non-clogging vertical sewage pumps are newly developed products designed based on actual pump application characteristics. They feature anti-winding, non-clogging performance, automatic installation, and automatic control. The pump delivers excellent performance in handling solid particles and long-fiber debris.
The WL/LW pump adopts a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, enabling efficient transfer of liquids containing solids and long fibers.
Compared with traditional impellers, this pump uses a single-channel or double-channel impeller design, similar to a tube with consistent cross-section, providing excellent flow-through capability. Combined with a well-designed volute chamber, the pump achieves high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balance tests, ensuring vibration-free operation.
With advanced and mature hydraulic performance, the WL/LW pump meets all relevant standards during testing. After entering the market, it has been widely praised by users for its efficiency, reliability, and stable quality.

Product Applications
WL/LW non-clogging vertical sewage pumps are suitable for discharging heavily polluted industrial wastewater, residential sewage pumping stations, municipal wastewater treatment plant systems, civil-defense drainage stations, water supply facilities of waterworks, hospital and hotel sewage discharge, municipal engineering projects, construction sites, mining auxiliary equipment, rural biogas pits, farmland irrigation, and other industries.
They are ideal for transporting sewage and wastewater containing particles, and can also be used with clean water or weakly corrosive media.
Operating Conditions
1. Applicable when the pump operates at a rated voltage of 380V and a power frequency of 50Hz.
2. Medium temperature ≤ 40°C, medium density ≤ 1150 kg/m3, pH value between 5–9.
3. Installation altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
4. Medium viscosity shall not exceed 1000 CP.
5. Pump body is mainly cast iron and must not be used for strong corrosive or highly corrosive media.
