Product Overview

The QDX(T) / QX(T) submersible sewage pump consists of three major parts: the pump, the sealing system, and the motor.
The pump is equipped with an internal protection device. The motor is located at the upper part of the unit and is
available in single-phase or three-phase asynchronous types. The pump section, located at the lower part, features a
centrifugal impeller with a volute casing. A double-end mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor, while
all fixed joints are sealed with oil-resistant “O”-ring gaskets to ensure reliable static sealing.

Operating Conditions

The pump should operate continuously and normally under the following conditions:

  • Medium temperature not exceeding +40°C;
  • Medium pH value between 6.5 and 8.5;
  • Solid impurity volume ratio not exceeding 0.1%, with particle size ≤ 0.2 mm;
  • Power supply frequency: 50 Hz; single-phase AC 220 V, with voltage fluctuation within 0.9–1.1 times the rated value;
  • Submersion depth not exceeding 5 meters.

Due to its compact size and lightweight design, this pump series is especially suitable for rural well water extraction,
agricultural irrigation and drainage, garden watering, and household water supply applications.
