How to Select a Pump Model

  • Determine tank geometry and effective mixing volume
  • Calculate required flow velocity to prevent sludge settling
  • Confirm installation depth and guide rail configuration
  • Evaluate continuous duty or intermittent operation requirements
✔ Model selection should be based on required thrust, basin geometry and sludge suspension demand.

Engineering Notes

  • Mixing effectiveness depends on thrust-to-volume ratio
  • Blade diameter affects flow coverage radius
  • Installation angle influences hydraulic circulation pattern
  • Continuous mixing improves biological stability

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Factory hydraulic thrust verification
  • Motor insulation resistance and winding test
  • Mechanical seal pressure integrity test
  • Material inspection for corrosion resistance

Safety Notice

  • Do not operate under dry-running condition
  • Ensure full submergence before startup
  • Disconnect power before maintenance
  • Do not exceed rated voltage and frequency
