Product Introduction
The XBD-HY vertical single-stage single-suction pressure-stabilizing fire pump set is a newly developed fire-fighting product designed by our factory based on the actual market demand and the special requirements of fire pumps. It is strictly developed in accordance with the national standard GB6245-2006 “Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps.” After inspection by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Testing Center, all performance indicators meet or exceed the standard requirements. This pump features high efficiency, low noise, resistance to mild corrosion, compact structure, attractive appearance, small size, lightweight construction, easy maintenance, and reliable sealing performance. The product has passed the CCCF national mandatory certification with one-to-one AB approval.

The XBD-HY vertical single-stage single-suction pressure-stabilizing fire pump set is mainly used for pressurizing and delivering water in fire protection pipelines and for supporting fire-fighting equipment.
Operating Conditions
The XBD-HY vertical single-stage single-suction fire pressure-stabilizing pump consists of two main parts: the motor and the pump, which are coaxially connected. The pump structure includes the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, and other components. The pump inlet and outlet are positioned on the same horizontal axis with identical diameters, making installation and removal extremely convenient while occupying minimal floor space. A mounting base is provided to facilitate installation and enhance operational stability. The pump uses a mechanical seal, offering reliable sealing and zero leakage. Axial force is balanced by the impeller’s balance ring. The pump inlet and outlet flanges are designed according to 1.6MPa pressure standards, making pipeline connection simple and efficient.
