The YW Non-Clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is developed through absorption and transformation, and all performance indicators meet national standards for similar products. Featuring a unique single (or double) channel impeller, this pump has strong sewage discharge capacity and can effectively pass fibrous materials up to five times the diameter of the pump inlet and solid particles with a diameter up to 50% of the pump inlet size. The dynamic seal utilizes two special material hard alloy mechanical seals, made of cast iron and stainless steel.

The YW Non-Clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is suitable for applications such as the discharge of heavily polluted wastewater in factories and commercial environments, wastewater stations in residential areas, water distribution systems in urban sewage treatment plants, drainage stations in civil defense systems, water supply equipment in water plants, wastewater discharge from hospitals and hotels, municipal construction sites, mining equipment, rural biogas pits, agricultural irrigation, and more. It is designed to handle wastewater with particles, sludge, and can also be used for clean water and slightly corrosive media.

Working Conditions

  • The pump environment temperature should be ≤ 40°C, humidity ≤ 95%, and altitude ≤ 1000 meters.
  • The medium temperature should not exceed 60°C, with a density range of 1 to 1.3 kg/dm³.
  • For cast iron models, the pH range of the medium is 5 to 9.
  • For stainless steel models, the pump can be used with general corrosive media.
